Reboot Workation Sample Menu
Our ingredients are hand selected by Chef Stefan and are sourced locally when possible.
During a typical 3 day stay at Reboot, guests can expect to have a menu similar to this!
Breakfast is made to order every morning. The house favorite is the Reboot Scramble with fresh vegetables and fruit salad.
Thinly sliced organic chicken, pork, and portobellos are spiced and grilled to perfection. House pickled daikon radish, carrots, onion, and fresh herbs & vegetables lined inside freshly baked baguettes. Reboot Bahn Mi is served and paired with our signature Reboot Life Salad and house-made dipping sauces..
Dinner kicks off with an interactive spice mixing session where guests learn about three ethnic spice blends - a North African Ras el hanout, a Chinese Szechuan Five Spice, and an Argentinean dry rub that we pair with chimichurri sauce. Guests learn about the backgrounds of these blends and create their own custom flavors. Organic chicken leg quarters are smoked, spiced, and charred over applewood fire. Pacific Northwest spotted prawns and portobello mushrooms are grilled alongside the chicken. Reboot PNW paella is made with nearly all local ingredients. Dinner is paired with our signature Reboot House Salad.
Breakfast consists of egg frittatas with vegetables and local bacon. The frittatas are cooked in cast iron skillets in our wood-fired oven. We can always whip up a custom scramble too! Breakfast is served with fruit salad.
Lunch maintains the outdoor cooking tradition. Local fresh-caught spotted prawns are grilled over applewood and are served over mixed grains. An array of house sauces are served with lunch. Habanero jam gives a kick to your PNW prawn experience, sriracha lime sauce offers a balance of smooth spice and tartness, and the dill sauce puts out the fire. Lunch is paired with our signature Reboot Quinoa Salad.
During dinner, guests learn to make a Neapolitan pizza from scratch. Our dough is house made from scratch with gluten free options always available. 30-40 toppings, including fresh herbs and vegetables, sauces, & charcuterie are laid out and used to decorate each pizza according to taste and style preference. It takes about 45 seconds for each pizza to cook in our 800 degree wood-fired oven. We watch the dough rise as the flames curl over the crust, adding a bit of nature’s seasoning to the flavor palette. Reboot staff are experts in this craft and are there to help along the way! Pizza night is paired with our Reboot House Kale Caesar.
Avocado sunflower toast is served with bacon and gruyere-laced sous vide egg bites.
Lunch on the final day consists of a world-class taco bar. With over 20 house-made fillings and toppings including carnitas, chorizo, portobellos, prawns, grilled vegetables, and various homemade salsas, your taste buds are guaranteed to tingle with delight!
